Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in complex Project and Program Management.
  • Experience in Pharma and/or Med Device industry is a plus.

The purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership for a successful Digital Transformation rollout in Urology through BOOST uXcelerate & P Activate programs across EMEA. The candidate must demonstrate proven capability to manage multiple project teams to complete milestones and drive Value Improvement efforts in the EMEA BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs, both within EMEA workstreams and Cluster workstreams to ensure effective implementation. Collaboration with BOOST program core teams, the Ambassador network, and local teams is essential to resolve technical, logistical, resource, and team interaction issues; and to drive accountability on program implementation and innovative problem-solving. Work is planned and performed with minimal instructions, focusing on objectives.

BSC EMEA seeks a Project Manager to support the BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs, a strategic transformational initiative. The role involves working closely with EMEA Uro functions, cross-divisional COEs, and Clusters to align with the program's vision, facilitate integrated activities, and establish clear operational mechanisms across all workstreams to meet key goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the design, planning, and implementation of projects: develop project plans, outline scope, activities, timelines, roles, and resources; lead implementation teams including EMEA, ambassador network, and local leadership; collaborate with Cluster management, ambassador network, and stakeholders to develop and communicate infrastructure, guidelines, processes, training, and organizational structures.
  2. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on program progress via reports and meetings.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to develop change management strategies and tactics, prioritizing collaboration for long-term enablement.
  4. Coordinate with program leads to develop and monitor KPIs to measure project effectiveness.
  5. Develop and communicate project recommendations and maintain regular stakeholder communication.
  6. Lead communities of practice utilizing collaboration tools.
  7. Identify resource needs and form teams to complete activities.
  8. Coordinate resources for change delivery and planning requirements.
  9. Address issues and barriers promptly, resolve conflicts, and involve management as needed.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in complex Project and Program Management.
  • Experience in Pharma and/or Med Device industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead in project and program management.
  • Experience in process design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management practices, with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of programs/products at a strategic level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various functions (Marketing, Sales, support).
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels and with external vendors or consultants.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Autonomous work style with a sense of responsibility.
