Mission

The position of ‘Civil Quality Inspector will be developed in the Quality Section of Zelestra in the projects under execution in Belinchón, Cuenca. The fundamental mission of Quality is to provide the organization with a service, highly adapted to its needs, from a Quality point of view.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Quality Technician / Chief Quality Officer, you will perform the following tasks on solar photovoltaic projects :

• Quality Control on site, taking into account the schedule of execution of the works and the possible deficiencies detected or foreseen, or other considerations such as the importance of the unit / equipment.
• Verify, using metric and / or visual checks and inspections, that the Quality Assurance process is being complied with by the Contractor and the Site Management during the execution of the civil works of the Project.
• Review the quality documentation that is generated on site, as well as detect the lack of sensitive Quality documentation to be delivered by the Contractor and the Works Management.
• Reception and approval according to the specifications of the Project of the different materials arriving on site.
• Supervision of the PPIs / checklist with the inspections carried out.
• Verify that the tests are carried out following the Project Technical Specifications, Quality Plan, and applicable regulations.
• Report to the Quality Technician all the incidents found to document them in reports, as well as the opening of non-conformities.
• Documentary management in quality matters.

Requirements

Skills :

• Preferably a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience of at least 2-3 years performing similar functions, preferably in photovoltaic plants.
• Knowledge of national and international standards.
• Reading and interpretation of plans.
• Interpretation and analysis of field and laboratory test results.
• Office Excel and Word.
• Document analysis and management.
