Formación

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tailor Mortgage Solutions : Assess clients' financial situations and provide them with the most suitable mortgage options.
  • Build Key Relationships : Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks, ensuring access to the best mortgage products for our clients.
  • Guide Clients to Success : Support clients throughout the mortgage application process, increasing their chances of approval.
  • Expand Your Network : Collaborate with real estate agencies specializing in non-residents and strengthen ties with local bank branches.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up with the latest mortgage products, financial trends, and industry best practices.
  • Grow with Us : Participate in professional development activities, including industry exhibitions, training sessions, and certification programs.

What We Expect from You

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills —you enjoy working with clients and financial institutions alike.
  • A passion for customer service and an ability to understand the unique financial needs of each client.
  • Residency in the service area is highly preferred.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional financial certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in mortgages, banking, wealth management, or family office roles.
  • Strong technical skills with Google Suite, Pipedrive, and Salesforce CRM.
