Our Team

The Procurement Team is one of Cimpress Services’ central teams, offering strategic services to help our businesses deliver high-quality, customized products globally. Cimpress is a technology-driven company that manages large volumes of small, customized orders in print, signage, apparel, and similar products.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Procurement Manager (CAPEX), you will lead procurement strategies, manage suppliers, and promote balanced sourcing.

  • Market & Category Strategy: Conduct market research, identify trends, develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals to achieve cost savings and innovation.
  • Supplier Management: Build relationships, oversee selection, negotiation, and performance to ensure quality, cost, and sustainability standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product development, operations, finance, and leadership to align sourcing strategies.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify risks, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, develop mitigation plans.
  • Balanced Leadership: Promote eco-friendly and ethical materials, influence supplier ESG practices.
  • Innovation Support: Collaborate with product teams to bring innovative products to market using supplier insights and market data.

You will need excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. The role requires global travel 20-30% of the time.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic procurement in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of business analysis, costing, and TCO models
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and contract interpretation
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to engage with various levels of staff and management
Nice to Have
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, French, or Mandarin
