Responsibilities :

  • Assistance to customers in the processing of orders and tasks directly related to said process (returns, incidents, monitoring, commercial information)
  • Verification of orders before dispatch
  • Carry out procedures with transport agencies
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Guarantee compliance and/or monitoring of all policies and procedures of organizational systems

Profile :

  • Completed General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or comparable degree is an asset
  • Experience in administrative work and/or customer service
  • Preferably 2 years of professional experience
  • You are characterized by a structured and accurate way of working
  • High motivation, diligence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under a Quality Management System
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English is an asset
