About the role :

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist (Platform & Architecture) to manage cybersecurity technologies and ensure their health. This role involves all aspects of the squad mission, focusing on providing security technologies and processes with advanced skills to resolve service issues and perform regular tasks to ensure optimal performance of the solutions they own / manage.

This position is for our internal cybersecurity team and can be remote in Europe.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
• Design, implement, and integrate security controls and technologies in collaboration with IT teams.
• Provide guidance and support on security-related matters, staying informed on emerging threats and best practices.
• Assist in configuring and collecting security log events using SIEM and support related integrations.
• Maintain operational documentation, adhere to change control processes, and support automation scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory IT security requirements.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of relevant experience in IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with email security, infrastructure security (AD, EntraID, protocols, cloud), logging technology, SIEM, endpoint & identity protection, and cloud security (Azure / AWS).
• Strong knowledge of foundational security principles, operating systems, web technologies, encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, web proxies, endpoint protections.
• Understanding of cloud security practices in Azure and AWS.
