Our client is seeking a proactive Publisher Sales Associate in Madrid to enhance our market presence. If you are passionate about goal-driven sales and fascinated by the dynamic world of online media, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Responsibilities :
  1. Acquiring Italian publishers (websites) from initial contact to deal closure.
  2. Building a stable pipeline and prioritizing high-value opportunities.
  3. Leading the publisher acquisition process in collaboration with technical sales and operational teams.
  4. Establishing trusted relationships to foster long-term loyalty with potential and existing clients.
  5. Maintaining our CRM system by updating lead and customer interaction information.
  6. Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
  7. Networking within the industry.
Who We Are Looking For :

Native Italian speaker with advanced English skills!

Sales enthusiast! Someone motivated by achieving and exceeding goals, office signals, and bonuses.

Language Skills : Fluent in French and high-level English for effective communication with our diverse team and clients.

Commercial Mindset : Attention to detail, ability to turn conversations into positive outcomes, and a passion for digital advertising.

Independent Innovator : Capable of working autonomously, adapting to a fast-paced startup environment, and translating technical features into compelling business benefits.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Prebid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
  • Established contacts in the German digital publishing industry, acquired through work at a publishing house, trading desk, adtech company, or digital agency.
  • Experience in a similar role in a publishing house, trading desk, adtech company, or digital agency.
