Job Description : Credit Operations Support

CA-CIB Spain's operations are a key partner in corporate banking. In close collaboration with main economic players (international corporate clients, financial institutions, regulatory authorities), our teams ensure the quality and reliability of transactions on financial markets, complying with international regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Support daily monitoring of Credit Operations (new drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, notices, fixing notices, transfers, sub-participations).
  • Analyze legal and mandatory documentation; handle booking of static data for new credit facilities, amendments, refinancing, and waivers.
  • Perform controls such as reconciliation of accounts, balances, fees, funding, commitments, and sensitive accounts.
  • Liaise with external clients, facility agents, and banks for onboarding and ongoing credit facilities; collaborate with our operating platform in Mumbai and local teams.
  • Participate in loans-related projects, system migrations, updates, and testing.

Qualifications :

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics / Finance with proven experience in Back-Office or Middle-Office roles.
  • Familiar with back-office systems; excellent MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish; French is a plus.
