We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to contribute to a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative aligned with FY25 objectives. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a security-critical environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and enhancing compliance standards across a large-scale organization.
Engage with stakeholders to capture and formalize business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IAM systems.
Identify and assess security risks, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
provide optimization suggestions aligned with business needs.
Define and implement governance structures and IAM policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solution alignment with enterprise goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and audit logs.
Organize and conduct training workshops and knowledge sessions to facilitate IAM system adoption.
Create and execute testing strategies, define acceptance criteria, and support SIT and UAT processes.
8–10 years of IAM-related experience, with expertise in platforms such as One Identity Manager, Oracle, Microsoft, or SailPoint considered highly advantageous.
Proven track record in gathering and translating business and technical requirements.
Solid understanding of information security frameworks and compliance mandates.
Experience performing risk assessments related to access control and identity.
Practical knowledge of IAM platforms like One Identity Manager, Oracle, Microsoft, or SailPoint.
Expertise in RBAC, policy formulation, and IAM governance.
Hands-on experience in test planning and participation in SIT / UAT cycles.
