Bolton Food Industrial - Maintenance Engineer

Bolton Food Spain is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Engineer, dedicated to designing, planning, and supervising the annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure operational efficiency of equipment and facilities.

The role involves coordinating legal inspections and promoting continuous process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Design and planning of preventive maintenance: Develop and manage the annual preventive maintenance plan, ensuring proper execution aligned with operational needs.
2. Creation and updating of maintenance procedures: Define standards and include audit checklists similar to manufacturing orders.
3. Supervision of legal inspections: Monitor and follow up on regulatory inspections for critical equipment, ensuring compliance.
4. Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
5. Team training management: Coordinate and track training plans to develop technicians' skills.
6. Participation in daily management meetings: Attend and contribute to discussions on progress, incidents, and improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages like French or Italian are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
