Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 2 años como técnico en innovación/sostenibilidad.
• Conocimientos en programas europeos como Erasmus+ y Horizon.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y ejecutar proyectos de innovación en sostenibilidad.
• Apoyar en la preparación de propuestas y justificaciones de proyectos.

Join to apply for the Técnico De Innovación En Sostenibilidad role at AMBIT - Living Spaces Cluster.

We are seeking a highly motivated junior technician passionate about sustainability and circular economy in the habitat sector. You will participate in innovation projects and activities related to sustainability and circular economy, gaining increasing responsibility.

We offer a stimulating professional environment: a team with extensive experience and broad connections with national companies and international entities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on other cluster projects such as product and process digitalization, experience analysis (living lab), industrial processes, interihotel, etc. Therefore, we value your technical and management skills and motivation for innovation more than your formal degree.

Minimum requirements:

• Technical university degree: engineering, sciences, design, architecture, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience as an innovation/sustainability technician in a company, consultancy, or organization.
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).

Highly valuable:

• Advanced English skills (C1 level).
• Additional training in sustainability and circular economy.
• Work experience in a cluster of companies or technological center.
• Experience in drafting proposals and justifying projects for grants.
• Knowledge of European programs (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon, SMP, etc.).
• Valuable: a master's degree that complements your foundational training.
• Proficiency in Catalan.
• Knowledge of the habitat sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and technically execute innovation projects, primarily in sustainability and circular economy.
• Support in preparing project proposals and justifications.
• Engage with partner companies to understand their needs and develop new services.

Full-time employment contract. Location: primarily remote work with residence in Catalonia. Possibility to work from our offices in central Barcelona is valued. Salary: competitive and negotiable based on experience and skills.
