We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised Elite Executive Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a permanent position and grow into a Chief of Staff role as your experience and responsibilities evolve.

Role Overview

As one of our Elite Executive Assistants, you will be working closely with senior executives and leadership teams to manage their day-to-day operations and key projects. You'll act as a trusted partner, ensuring that everything from scheduling to high-level project coordination runs smoothly.

Requirements

What we expect from you as an Elite EA :

• Executive Support : Provide high-level administrative support, including strategic calendar management, executive travel planning, and preparation for board meetings
• Project Coordination : Oversee key projects, ensuring timely delivery and proactive planning with a three-month horizon
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Meeting Preparation : Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefings, and reports
• Travel Coordination : Manage complex travel itineraries, including last-minute changes
• Task Management : Implement task tracking systems and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly progress reviews
• Tech-Savvy Solutions : Leverage technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and streamline processes
• AI Competence : Use AI-driven tools for scheduling, inbox management, and research to enhance executive productivity and maintain an edge in fast-paced environments
• Strategic Contribution : Actively contribute to the strategic development and direction of the company and the executives you support, offering insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency
• Continuous Learning & Development : Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and support quality
