About the project

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Automation Framework Development :

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.

• Ensure frameworks are scalable and reusable for multiple projects and teams.
• Test Script Development and Execution :

Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.

• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Test Strategy and Planning :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure test coverage.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation processes to align QA activities with project goals.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting :

Define and monitor quality metrics like test coverage, defect density, and test execution progress.

• Generate detailed test reports and provide insights on system quality and readiness.
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

Must-have requirements

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium , Cypress , Appium , or similar.
• Familiarity with test management frameworks like JUnit , TestNG , or Pytest .
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitLab CI / CD , CircleCI , or Azure DevOps .
• Proficiency in automating API testing using tools like Postman , RestAssured , or SoapUI .
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or similar.
• Proficiency with Git , Bitbucket , or similar version control systems.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA , Azure DevOps , TestRail , or equivalent.
• English proficiency : B2 / C1 (both written and spoken communication).
• Spanish proficiency : B2 / C1 (both written and spoken communication).

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with tools or techniques for AI-driven test automation, predictive analytics, or self-healing test scripts.
• Proficiency in mobile automation tools like Appium , Espresso , or XCUITest for iOS / Android apps .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS , Azure , GCP ) and testing in cloud-native environments, including containerized setups (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Deep knowledge of performance testing strategies, including advanced use of tools like Gatling or k6 .
• Exposure to tools like OWASP ZAP , Burp Suite , or methodologies for identifying vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection , XSS ).
