Job Description

The role aims to maximize sales growth against set budgets on a monthly and annual basis. Responsibilities include delivering, supporting, and communicating central marketing strategies at the territory level to ensure the short, medium, and long-term success of the business unit, adhering to country-specific guidelines, codes of practice, the Allergan Code of Ethics, and internal SOPs.

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets aligned with goals and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Develop effective strategies for managing budgets to ensure high ROI.
  • Drive sales using centrally generated sales reports.
  • Business Planning and Activity
  • Align territory activities with regional marketing strategies through a defined territory plan.
  • Create, implement, and update Key Account Plans as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate call coverage and frequency for different customer types.
  • Meet targets for days in the field and customer educational meetings.
  • Inform healthcare professionals about product characteristics, clinical use, pricing, and prescription conditions.
  • Optimize time with customers through effective call planning.
  • Regularly review and improve business plans and activities.
  • Complete all administrative and reporting requirements accurately and timely.

  • Demonstrate effective selling skills using the Allergan Aesthetics sales model.
  • Implement the territory strategy through appropriate communication channels.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Customer Team Unit.

Qualifications

Experience / Knowledge :

  • University degree, preferably with a science background.
  • Proven experience in Medical Aesthetics sales, particularly with doctors and dermatologists in hospital and private clinic settings.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably VEEVA.
  • Based in Canary Island.
