Introduction

Your responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development and formulation of new products, from conceptualization to market launch. R&D and project development.
• Coordinate and manage product development with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing and customer service.
• Conduct stability and compatibility tests.
• Monitor and resolve issues with products already in the market.
• Research new ingredients, contact suppliers, and attend trade shows, courses, and seminars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Packaging, Quality, and Production.
• Support training activities.

Your profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the cosmetics industry.
• Master's degree in Cosmetology and Dermocosmetics.
• Solid knowledge of product development and cosmetic formulation.
• Experience working with production, quality, and customer service teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with various stakeholders inside and outside the company. Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
