You will be responsible for ensuring that all releases meet the highest quality standards through comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile platforms. Accountabilities :

• Perform manual testing on web and mobile (iOS / Android) applications, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects.
• Simulate real user behavior to ensure features work in real-world scenarios.
• Write and maintain detailed test cases and test plans, and document results with clear reports.
• Track, analyze, and report issues using tools like Jira, offering insights to support bug resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to enhancing testing efficiency and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Solid knowledge of testing across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Familiar with Postman, Chrome DevTools, and various test types (functional, regression, stress, API).
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MS SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, or other test management and CI / CD tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and a passion for product quality.
