We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Architect Workplace.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the technical architecture of solutions, including costs and pricing.
• Design solutions in formal offer documents based on client requirements.
• Lead presale and bid processes for new business opportunities, coordinating solution architects throughout.
• Ensure architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability.
• Produce high-level designs and supervise low-level designs and related technical documents.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions that reduce risks through automation and request remediation.
• Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to engage customers, partners, and coworkers.
• Evaluate existing workplace strategies, conduct TCO analysis, and consider security in solution adoption.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• High communication skills and ability to present solutions effectively.
• Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience with Agile / Scrum services.
• Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.
• Experience in transforming and evolving IT workplace services.
• Design architecture for workplace solutions, including migration to cloud environments like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience in technology consulting projects related to infrastructure transformation, digital transformation, and workplace adoption.
• Define strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
• Conduct readiness assessments from technical and business perspectives.
• Manage costs and prepare pricing models for offers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex solutions clearly at all organizational levels.
• Certifications : Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and AWS Solutions Architect in Workplace.
