MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our EMEA IT Application team. You will design, implement, and maintain SAP FICO functions to support our business operations across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO modules, with experience integrating SAP with other business applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. SAP FICO Solution architecture design and project management :

Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather & prioritize requirements, translate business needs into SAP Blueprints, and document processes and specifications.

• Develop and propose SAP FICO solutions following best practices and financial regulations.

SAP Configuration :

• Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, and CO-PA to support financial operations.

Change management :

• Support new SAP FICO process adoption, develop change strategies, and facilitate user acceptance through training and support.

Finance project management :

• Lead and support finance IT projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.

SAP FICO daily operational support :

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FICO system issues.
• Implement system enhancements and optimizations in collaboration with HQ FICO team and ABAP developers.
• Conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support, and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes.

COMPETENCIES :

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and change management abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

LANGUAGES :

• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency in Chinese or German is a plus.

LOCATION :
