Responsibilities
- Conducting land pre-feasibility studies.
- Analyzing the environment and identifying easements (e.g., public hydraulic domain, public livestock domain, infrastructure, and mining rights).
- Coordinating and managing suppliers, such as environmental impact consultants, archaeologists for preventive prospecting, and engineering and architectural offices for urban planning, special projects, and urban innovations.
- Preparing timely responses to public information processes and requests from public administrations.
- Detecting and managing changes in projects or environmental impact studies resulting from public information and consultation processes.
- Maintaining regular communication with public administration personnel to facilitate permits and licenses.
- Creating monthly progress reports on project permits, identifying critical points in the project schedule and potential risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or related field).
- Up to 5 years of experience in projects related to environmental impact assessments, land analysis, permitting processes, and project development.
- Strong analytical skills for land pre-feasibility studies and environmental analysis.
- Ability to coordinate and manage external consultants (environmental, archaeological, engineering, and urban planning).
- Proactive approach to handling public information processes and communication with public administrations.
- Attention to detail in detecting and controlling changes in projects and impact studies.
- Excellent team collaboration and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to prepare progress reports and identify project risks.
- Availability to work from the Seville office.
