Our mission is to accelerate the transition to clean energy by unlocking renewable energy markets for scalable private investments at low costs, thereby promoting sustainable economic development.

We are seeking a

Senior Research Associate to join our dynamic, rapidly growing, and innovative organization. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, a fast learner, and proactive. The main focus will be to enhance our analytics and energy research capabilities.

How you will contribute :

  • Research and compile information about target countries, including economic context and power market features, to prepare Country Profiles reports.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or reports on topics relevant to identifying and selecting target countries.
  • Draft Collaboration Agreements with target countries and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials for signing Collaboration Agreements and meetings with representatives.
  • Create reports, white papers, and other documents to support decision-making or deepen understanding of topics.
  • Deliver presentations, courses, or seminars to stakeholders as part of capacity-building activities.
  • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports or presentations as required by the core team.

What you will bring :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Mandatory)
  • Master's in Renewable Energy or related field
  • 7-10 years of research experience (Mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the energy sector
  • Professional proficiency in English and French

Position is full-time, fully remote.
