About the Role :

Nuitée is seeking an experienced Supply Operations Manager, who will play a key part in the Operations Team. This role will function as the key prioritization point for the SVP of Operations, acting to consolidate all the requests coming from the Commercial function, and be responsible for grouping, prioritising and assigning them to the supply contract managers to address. This is a vital role, which if performed correctly will enable the scaling of our Operations function at a critical point in the business’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act at the key bridge between the Customer Success Managers and Business Development Managers to build a short, medium and long-term priority roadmap of hotel supply that the supplier contracting team needs to address by improving coverage, rates or in fact establishing a direct contract.
• Act as a “Chief of Staff” and right-hand man / woman for the SVP of Operations to review and prioritise opportunities for improvement of margin, revenue and better conversion for the direct and 3rd party supply of hotels.
• Identify and escalate potential risk scenarios, such as BRGs, over-utilization of inventory feeds, compatibility of supply-client quality, clients’ circuit breaker logics, collaborating with the Monitoring team to address concerns.
• Responsible for performance monitoring and search-and-conversion behavior.
• Support the Customer Success teams by joining client check-ins and performance reviews, providing accurate operational updates and data-based, risk-related supplier insights into account performance.

Our Ideal Candidate :

• Evidence of at least 5+ years within the hotel or a hotel distribution company demonstrating strong operational experience and direct revenue management experience.
• Ability to act as a strong voice on behalf of the existing and potential customers to build a logical case for prioritising the targeted direct hotel contracts and prioritising the targets for the supplier contracting team.
• Evidence of strong analytical ability to interpret and improve performance metrics. Needs to have excellent project management skills.
• Be a team player and able to successfully partner with internal teams including operations, product, monitoring and onboarding teams.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
