ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

The Knot Worldwide (TKWW) is looking for a person focused on communication for the Concierge team. In this position, you will provide support to users of our platform to help and guide them in the search for suppliers, primarily through phone interactions, with additional support via chat and email. The countries to be managed are Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and other countries in the south of LATAM.

Your primary goals will be to deliver exceptional service and create a positive user experience, all while meeting departmental objectives.

Your position will be based in our office in Barcelona.

  • Ability to work under pressure of high workload
  • Good computer skills and quick learning of tools
  • Spanish and Italian skills are required
  • English skills will be taken into account
