As Global Service IT Lead, you will guide a team in the standardization, governance, and enhancement of our global Salesforce ecosystem. Your role involves supporting Residential and Light Commercial sales teams worldwide, consolidating existing systems into a single Salesforce instance, delivering functional improvements, and collaborating with business leaders to develop strategic enhancement roadmaps.
You will also coordinate with business partners across EMEA and APAC, overseeing non-Salesforce projects related to Analytics, Data Lakes, Power BI reporting, and Automation. You will work closely with Regional Business Relationship Managers to monitor and guide projects such as AirCloud Select & Web and AirCloud Alarm.
