What you will do

As Global Service IT Lead, you will guide a team in the standardization, governance, and enhancement of our global Salesforce ecosystem. Your role involves supporting Residential and Light Commercial sales teams worldwide, consolidating existing systems into a single Salesforce instance, delivering functional improvements, and collaborating with business leaders to develop strategic enhancement roadmaps.

You will also coordinate with business partners across EMEA and APAC, overseeing non-Salesforce projects related to Analytics, Data Lakes, Power BI reporting, and Automation. You will work closely with Regional Business Relationship Managers to monitor and guide projects such as AirCloud Select & Web and AirCloud Alarm.

How you will do it
  1. Drive global Salesforce standardization, governance, and enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with regional business leadership in Europe and Asia.
  3. Support Regional Business Relationship Managers in maintaining tools and systems in Europe and Asia.
  4. Evaluate existing information processing systems for effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production and workflow.
  5. Uphold the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
  6. Manage IT investments within your business unit or function at regional or country levels.
  7. Analyze, design, test, deploy, and support IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
  8. Gather requirements and design solutions for IT products or projects to support the business unit or function.
  9. Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to timelines.
What we look for
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with demonstrated Salesforce experience.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with various levels of business leadership, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Proven leadership and direction-setting capabilities within development teams and other partners.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with team members and business leaders.
  • Creative and abstract reasoning skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, demonstrating responsibility and a focus on results.
  • Willingness to learn about product functions and capabilities comprehensively.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and general internet and email applications.
Preferred
  • Managerial and project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SAP systems, and Microsoft Solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC / VRF business and experience in European and Asian markets.
  • Understanding of business processes in the EU and APAC regions.
  • Certificates in Salesforce Administration, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or experience with Pardot and Account Engagement.
