Independent M&A Advisory Role for Senior Executives

We are seeking C-level executives with prior senior management experience, a specific industry expertise, and an interest in becoming M&A Advisors within their industry sector. ONEtoONE welcomes these professionals into our organization, providing comprehensive M&A training and full support from investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and other resources to facilitate successful deal execution.

About ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group : An international investment banking firm with offices worldwide, specializing in M&A advisory for the middle market. We have over 150 M&A advisors across 50+ cities, focusing on global mid-market transactions.

We expect near-total dedication from our international network of M&A advisors. Please note, we are not hiring employees or third-party service providers.

Role of Senior Advisors : They play a proactive role, collaborating with investment bankers and sharing fees equally (50%-50%). They utilize our M&A tools, international brand, global network, and back-office support, including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists dedicated to deal generation.

Senior Advisors enhance their income by creating and participating in deals and collaborating with a global team of M&A professionals.

Candidate Profile : Over 15 years as a senior executive, with expertise in finance and accounting, and an excellent command of English.

You will receive training and support to become an M&A advisor in your sector of expertise.

Support Structure : A dedicated M&A team will accompany and support you.

Work Flexibility : You can work from anywhere, supported by a full back-office team including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, and IT support.
