Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our agile teams, focusing on designing, impact analysis, and solution outcomes. The Solution Architect collaborates closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with strategic standards and guidelines, while also promoting technological advancements within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Design for performance, scalability, and reliability of technological solutions.
• Adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
• Define and analyze non-functional requirements and scope.
• Ensure security and performance of services.
• Support teams during technological transitions.
• Contribute to reference architecture and standards development.
• Identify weaknesses and propose improvements to solutions.
• Reduce technical debt and promote technological evolution.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Define technical and functional monitoring parameters.
• Negotiate prioritization of initiatives with product leads.
• Advocate for new technological features and innovations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or platform architecture, with end-to-end solution design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience designing architectures with various databases, caching, and messaging technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Django and React.
• Experience with backend technologies like Python and Java.
• Experience working in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of continuous delivery processes and tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Technical leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Team-oriented with an agile mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
