Your new role

The Senior Enterprise Architect will spearhead key transformation programs by crafting enterprise architectures that are closely aligned with business priorities, aiming to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth throughout the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

This position emphasises the integration of strategic business objectives with streamlined processes and high-performance operations.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Business Architecture & Transformation

Use enterprise architecture tools like Leanix, Signavio, or comparable platforms to analyze, model, and optimise business processes.

Identify growth opportunities and operational pain points, crafting clear business transformation roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.

Lead initiatives aimed at modernising the revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and demand creation to cash realisation

Utilise process modelling and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement, ensuring business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with market demands.

Act as a bridge between executive leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure that business strategies are effectively executed.

Facilitate workshops, change management initiatives, and training sessions, explaining complex business transformation strategies in clear, non-technical terms.

Mentor business leaders and cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Establish governance frameworks focused on business process standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and aligning with the organization’s strategic vision.

Regularly review business processes and transformation initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and leveraging insights from enterprise architecture tools.

Maintain a forward-looking perspective, continually assessing emerging business trends and technologies to recommend strategic enhancements.

What will you need to fit in it?

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Preferred certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), business process management, or change management.

10+ years in business process transformation and organisational change.

Strong background in Lead-to-Cash processes and customer-centric models.

Hands-on experience with EA tools like LeanIX, Signavio, or similar platforms.

Expertise in mapping and optimizing business processes, especially in revenue and demand generation.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and leading transformation workshops.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a focus on ROI and continuous improvement

Visionary leader with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

Strong influencer with a customer-first approach and a passion for driving measurable business value.

Willingness to travel for client engagements and transformation initiatives.

Industry experience in complex revenue environments (e.g., tech, manufacturing, professional services) is a plus.

Able to travel for meetings client engagements, cross-site collaborations, and transformation workshops.
