At Getronics, we are looking to add a Workspace Analyst to our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering 3rd line technical support for endpoint management, MS 365, and Intune. Your responsibilities include incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change implementation. The position is based in Spain and is 100% remote .
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support with relevant technologies and products.
- Excellent troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Office, and desktop / laptop technologies.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager, including features like software deployment, management points, and AutoPilot.
- Microsoft Certifications such as MD-100, MD-101, or MD-102.
- Experience working in an ITIL-based environment using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Willingness to participate in on-call schedules and extended hours.
- Flexibility in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in English .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, SoftwareCentral, and Microsoft Intune, including patching, deployment, and compliance.
- Respond to incidents, fulfill requests, and implement changes, ensuring SLAs are met and business impact is minimized.
- Maintain communication with customers and internal teams throughout ticket lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, resolver groups, customers, and vendors as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Discuss tickets requiring assistance with senior staff.
- Perform operational activities according to schedules.
- Support and manage M365 environment focusing on Microsoft Defender.
- Suggest improvements based on ticket analysis.
- Document issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System.
- Keep up-to-date with supported technologies.
