The O&M Supervisor Lead will work as part of the Operations Team for Iberia, ensuring that the guidelines established by the Head of Operations Iberia and managed through the O&M Area Manager Iberia are successfully implemented. This role is responsible for managing operations and maintenance services for Sonnedix Renewable Energy Power plants (PV and BESS) in line with contractual obligations and Sonnedix Standards.

The O&M Supervisor Lead provides the technical expertise to support the maintenance of power plant systems, mainly Solar PV and BESS, to ensure conformity with contractual, manufacturer, and existing national and local building codes. The Supervisor Lead supports the O&M Manager throughout the Solar PV and BESS power plants in the appointed operating and maintenance tasks to preserve the good condition, performance, and functionality of the facility. The O&M Supervisor Lead plays a key role in enforcing and maintaining all HSE procedures and protocols, in line with local regulations and Sonnedix standards.

Skills

• Highly analytical, organized mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organization of available resources.
• Manage Health, Safety, and Environment in accordance with Sonnedix policy, developing LOTO (lock-out / tag-out) procedures to avoid or minimize Hazardous Energy Risks.
• Proficient in remote control systems (SCADAs) and other platforms.
• Confident in communicating with external parties – outsourced O&M companies, subcontractors, insurance companies, and technical advisors.
• Initiative, flexibility, and a “can do” attitude.
