What your day will look like
  • Support customers by resolving ticket requests.
  • Drive digital campaigns targeting multiple customers.
  • Identify high potential and high risk customers from onboarded users.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce products including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support to develop engagement plans.
  • Engage with your customer portfolio for risk management.
  • Gather customer feedback for product team review.
