Job Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing the communication plan;
- Managing the standard components of a project: planning, budget, scope, resources;
- Ensuring that the scopes of the projects are well defined and control scope changes;
- Ensuring timely completion of the project;
- Ensuring that the project is completed within allotted budget;
- Distributing project information with appropriate reporting;
- Identifying, analyzing, and properly respond to project risks;
Managing a project according to the client project lifecycle process.
Stakeholder Management
- Identifying, understanding the relevant stakeholders;
- Managing the expectations and agreeing on the objectives with the program or project stakeholders;
- Reporting with the relevant frequency the right information to the stakeholders;
Change Management
- Establishing the process, tools, and techniques to manage the organizational change to achieve a required business outcome;
- Conducting customer needs analysis;
- Identifying and analyzing the customer needs for the project or program;
- Formulating the needs and asking questions to the customer even if they were not formally expressed;
- Understanding and setting the process to analyze needs;
Third Party Management
- Managing the interactions with all external parties to deliver what is expected;
Quality Management
Ensuring the project or program is delivered with the expected quality levels.
Technical Expertise
- Service will require Project management expertise;
- Service will require Project management certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2, etc.);
- Service will require Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM or equivalent) - advantage;
- Service will require Process improvement certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) - is an advantage;
- Service will require Technical certification or Security certification - is an advantage;
- Expertise in project management;
- Expertise in working in complex international IT projects;
- Service will require managing budget;
- Expertise in delivering fixed price projects (preferred);
- Expertise in Information Security field;
- Expertise in Security, Network or Infrastructure solution deployment;
- Expertise with Stakeholder management (Meeting with C-suite, reports, dashboard, etc.);
- English environment is mandatory (including technical Information security English);
