Job Opportunity: FullStack Engineer (TypeScript, Python)

From Bondex, we are currently looking for a FullStack Engineer (TypeScript, Python) with a passion for remote async teamwork, web3 innovation, and ready to evolve the current client platform for greater scalability.

Our client is on a mission to revolutionize how companies raise capital by delivering practical, effective tools that address real challenges in the venture capital space.

Requirements:

• You have played a key role in at least two web-based products that have been live and actively maintained for a minimum of a year. Bonus points if this experience includes FinTech or Web3.
• Proficient in setting up and managing relational databases using SQL.
• Experience building reliable, high-performance software.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and proactive in finding clarity.
• Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous remote team environment.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Develop and deploy features across our platform, ensuring they function seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Collaborate directly with our Founder to select the best tech stack and practices that deliver high value to our customers.
• Partner with our Design team to create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Prototype, experiment, and iterate on new features to validate ideas and test assumptions, prioritizing solutions with a high impact-to-effort ratio.
• Regularly update the team on project progress, proactively communicate blockers, and seek solutions to keep projects moving forward.
