SENSESBIT is an AI-driven SaaS platform revolutionizing sensory data analysis for the food and beverage industry. We’re looking for a Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist to spearhead our B2B sales strategy and drive revenue from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has taken a B2B SaaS-Startup from Seed to €10M+ ARR and is obsessed with leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI automation to accelerate growth. In this remote role (open to candidates across Europe), you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Forbes 30 Under 30 to build an Allbound Sales engine, refine product-market fit, and scale SENSESBIT into a new category leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy : Identify target industries and customer segments aligned with sensory-driven innovation.
- Own the full sales funnel : Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build a high-velocity Allbound engine : Design multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) leveraging our full sales tech stack (Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to generate and nurture leads at scale.
- Leverage AI and data : Use AI-driven insights and predictive models to personalize outreach, score / prioritize leads, and optimize conversion rates throughout the pipeline.
- Collaborate with leadership and product teams : Work closely with the CRO and marketing team to refine our value proposition and messaging. Provide real-time market feedback to inform product improvements and ensure strong product-market fit.
- Drive continuous improvement : Track key metrics (ARR growth, conversion rates, CAC, etc.) and use a data-driven approach to iterate on sales tactics and strategy for ongoing improvement.
- Lay the foundation for scale : Document processes, KPIs, and best practices to enable rapid scaling. As we grow, help recruit and mentor new sales team members, with the potential to step into a sales leadership role.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from Seed to ~€10M ARR. You have a track record of taking a startup from zero to eight-figure annual revenue through hands-on sales leadership.
- Mastery of GTM sales tech tools & automations. Deep expertise in the full sales tooling ecosystem – e.g. Clay, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Iemlist and more . You know how to integrate and exploit these tools to build an outbound machine.
- Early-stage GTM expertise. Deep understanding of how to scale early-stage startups. You’ve built outbound sales processes from the ground up and executed go-to-market strategies hands-on (you’re both a strategist and a doer).
- Strong technical acumen. Comfortable with AI, predictive models, and SaaS technologies. You can quickly grasp complex product details and articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders – e.g. N8N, Make & Relevance.AI.
- B2B full sales cycle tech-savvy. Thorough knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying processes – you know how to navigate longer sales cycles, handle multiple stakeholders, and land high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills. Engaging and persuasive in writing and speaking (fluency in English & Spanish mandatory). Able to build relationships and credibility with C-level executives, technical teams, and everyone in between.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable. You take ownership, move fast, and thrive in a remote, startup environment with minimal direction.
Note : Candidates lacking any of the above experiences (especially scaling SaaS to €1M ARR and mastery of the sales tech stack) will not be considered .
