The Payroll Administrator is a vital member of our global Payroll team, supporting business operations across various locations. As part of our international HR team, the Payroll team manages payroll processes for our Spanish hubs and other international sites.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on payroll queries to employees and stakeholders.
- Gather and prepare data for payroll transactions such as new hires, terminations, leaves, bonuses, and commissions, ensuring timely submission to payroll providers.
- Review payroll files and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Ensure payroll reports are accurate and errors are corrected before salary payments.
- Manage and improve international payroll processes.
- Collaborate with payroll service providers to resolve procedural issues.
- Update HRIS (Workday) with pay changes before payroll deadlines.
- Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support salary and bonus review processes and generate related reports.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable on salary payments, taxes, and social security contributions, ensuring reconciliation.
- Prepare recalculated payrolls and liaise with Finance for reconciliation.
- Assist in international HR/Payroll projects.
- Provide payroll administration support to HR departments globally.
- Manage benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain benefits trackers and oversee payments and invoices.
- Address employee queries regarding benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of administrative or accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
