About the job

Lead CX Architecture Consultant, you will design and implement technology solutions that enable transformative customer experiences. Your responsibilities span from evaluating and selecting appropriate CX platforms (e.g., CRM, cloud contact center solutions, AI chatbots) to planning integration strategies. You must be able to interface with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned with the broader CX vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture Design : Define end-to-end architectures that integrate digital channels, automation technologies, and support services.
• Solution Implementation : Oversee and guide technical implementations, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
• Technology Evaluation : Recommend suitable platforms (e.g., CRM systems, AI tools, virtual agents) based on client requirements, cost, and ROI.
• Integration & Customization : Plan and execute system integrations, middleware configurations, and custom development where necessary.
• Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with CX Strategy Consultants, Designers, and client IT teams to ensure seamless deployments and cross-functional alignment.

About your profile

• Deep knowledge of CX platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, and cloud technologies
• Track record of successful large-scale technology integrations
• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Client-facing capabilities with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences (boardroom experience)
• Bilingual proficiency and ability to travel
• Collaborative mindset to align with consultants and design teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish
