Job Description: Senior Salesforce Engineer

About the Role and Team:

We are seeking a self-motivated Sr. Salesforce Engineer with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will understand best practices in the software development lifecycle and thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be detail-oriented, productive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will tackle significant challenges affecting our core users and revenue, collaborating across departments to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM.
2. Create and configure custom objects and processes.
3. Develop Triggers and Flows.
4. Build Visualforce pages and APEX code.
5. Implement and maintain SOA services.
6. Manage our distributed environment.
7. Write performant, secure, and maintainable code.
8. Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business System Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of OOP experience.
• 2+ years of Force.com development (APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Voice, Docusign, Netsuite, Pardot, RingLead, Copado is a plus.
• Pragmatic approach to programming with a focus on user experience.
• Experience with TDD, agile methodologies, and JIRA is advantageous.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
