We are hiring a passionate and curious thinker who can analyze various data sources and transform them into relevant insights. This person will explore new growth opportunities in the Iberia and Italy markets (Spain as an established Own Distribution market, Italy establishing, and Portugal as a 3rd-party Model distribution).

This is an exciting opportunity to work with iconic brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Gin Mare, Diplomatico rum, our Tequila portfolio, and emerging brands.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Sr. Insight Analyst will influence company behavior through marketing mix elements by identifying insights from various data sources, conducting ad hoc studies, and developing reports. The role involves analyzing multi-channel trends, supporting marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams, and collaborating closely with them. The Sr. Insight Analyst is a key stakeholder in the Italian and Spanish marketing teams, helping to build a reputation as an entrepreneurial company committed to sustainable long-term growth and trusted partnership.

This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office per week.

What You Can Expect

  • Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Assist the Insight Manager in preparing Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Develop and present data-driven brand arguments to strengthen Brown-Forman's market position.
  • Co-lead consumer research projects aligned with business questions.
  • Support Test & Learn initiatives across cross-functional projects.

Insight and Trends

  • Create insightful reports based on market data (Category, Shopper, Consumer).
  • Support the creation of the insight agenda for Iberia and Italy.
  • Identify opportunities and threats for B-F brands using syndicated market data from various sources.
  • Manage retail data (e.g., Nielsen, IWSR, Takeaway data, promotional evaluations) to maximize data investments.
  • Contribute to strategy and ideation sessions for Iberia & Italy.

Time Allocation : Italy 50%, Iberia 50% (45% Spain, 5% Portugal)

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in data analysis (research, analytics, qualitative and quantitative) and experience with research tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, driven by curiosity.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and listening skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and storytelling.
  • Skill in simplifying complex reports for non-analytical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic judgment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Spanish is highly recommended.
