We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components, like antennas, multiplexers, and readers for any industry.

Local IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Local IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain the day-to-day IT operations of our office. This role is key to ensuring seamless access control, network performance, and productivity for all employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and capable of working independently while supporting broader IT policies and systems.

  • User Support & Device Management Provide on-site and remote support for employee hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers).
  • Manage onboarding / offboarding of users including account setup in Office 365, Unifi Identity, and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
  • Unifi Identity & Camera Systems Administer building access through Unifi Identity , including user provisioning, access policies, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and maintain Unifi Protect camera systems , ensuring proper operation and data retention.
  • Network Infrastructure (Cisco Meraki) Monitor and support local network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki tools.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues, Wi-Fi performance, and LAN configurations.
  • Coordinate with global IT / networking teams for escalations or major changes.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration Manage local user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Support Office applications, updates, and cloud storage solutions.
  • IT Asset Management & Procurement Maintain inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
  • Assist in procurement and setup of new hardware and software as needed.
  • Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
  • Maintain accurate technical and procedural documentation.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
  • Hands-on experience with :
  • Cisco Meraki dashboards and networking equipment
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Good understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English.
