Responsibilities
  • Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to enhance sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

  • Access to reliable internet and a suitable workspace for remote work.
