We’re launching an exclusive private members club in the heart of Marbella — and we’re looking for a hands-on, driven Interior Design Assistant to help bring it to life.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain real-world experience in a high-profile luxury environment. You’ll work closely with our lead designers and be involved at every stage of the project, from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Design Support & Creative Development

• Assist in developing concepts for luxury lounges, dining rooms, and member spaces
• Source furniture, fabrics, finishes, and lighting
• Help prepare mood boards, sample palettes, and layout plans
• Work on custom elements that reflect the club’s high-end identity

Project Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and architects
• Track timelines and assist with site coordination
• Attend site visits to support implementation and quality checks

Documentation & Admin

• Assist in managing design specs, procurement tracking, and material approvals
• Keep all files, drawings, and communications organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

Background

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience or strong internship exposure (ideal for post-grads!)
• Portfolio that shows attention to detail and passion for refined, high-end aesthetics

Skills & Tools

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn fast
