Descripción del empleo

As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will be participating in the HR & Travel Expenses team and supporting the Technology Team Leader.

Your responsibilities include supporting process improvement initiatives, standardizing business processes and systems, and focusing on technical aspects such as payroll developments, data migration, and system integration. You will coordinate activities related to application and infrastructure implementation, ensuring seamless integration with other teams.

You will manage relationships with external nearshore and offshore development and service providers, overseeing planning, execution, and quality control. Proactive communication with end-users is vital for team success.

Team:

The HR & Travel Expenses team manages TUI's corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses, supporting HR departments across different countries in an international environment.

About You:

• Experience with SAP HCM processes, including payroll run activities, social security and taxes reporting, payroll accounting, payments, time management, and organizational management.
• Responsible for implementing semi-annual legal change packages in SAP HCM and addressing SAP Note issues and legal requirements.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP HR modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (with CPI integration), and ABAP/4 programming.
• Support change management processes, including migration and replication of employee data during cloud projects, coordination of external consultants, and onboarding new users.
• Extensive knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll schemes, and functions.
• Previous SAP HR consulting experience and understanding of HR business processes.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
