BPS specializes in operational support for clients in the Finance Operations area. Our team helps top-tier multinational companies from different industries. We are leaders in implementing projects in accounting, finance, tax, controlling, financial reporting, project management and giving support to Shared Service Center or Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Management of Financial Processes (AP, AR, Management Control…).
  • Process standardization, optimization and creation of workflows.
  • Develop the necessary methodologies to efficiently manage operations.
  • Ambition to grow and take responsibility for offering the best service to our clients.

What are we looking for :
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • In possession of relevant work experience (3-5 years) leading analysis, development of recommendations related to finance process improvement and operations.
  • Knowledgeable in financial management disciplines and processes, as well as familiarity with some of the technologies that enable the Finance function (such as ERP, IFRS solutions, Robotic Process Automation, performance management, etc.)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Collaborative and flexible.
  • Versatile professional with leadership skills.
  • Able to build solid relationships.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
