Mjølner Madrid is growing and we're looking for a practical leader to head up our third department. Someone who leads by example, takes action without waiting to be asked, and genuinely enjoys building and supporting a strong, autonomous team as a servant leader.

Mjølner is an IT house specializing in software, digitalization, and end-to-end solutions. Although we love technology, we put business first. At our offices in Denmark and Spain, we are a collective of 400 specialists.
When the task is challenging, and the solution is not obvious, we are a good choice. This has been the case since nine computer scientists from Aarhus University founded Mjølner in 1988. Since then, we have turned customers’ complex challenges into concrete, high-quality IT solutions.
