Position Summary

The holder of this position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia. Responsible for managing price applications via telephone, fax, mail, and platforms, as well as handling management tasks, receptions, and responses to internal and external customers. Additionally, responsible for maintaining price updates and resolving price discrepancies. The role also involves managing offers, related tasks, and service product orders.

  • Processing price applications through various channels (telephone, fax, mail, platforms).
  • Managing, receiving, and replying to internal and external customer contacts.
  • Updating prices and resolving discrepancies.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales assistance.
  • Language fluency in Spanish and English.
