About TradePronto

TradePronto is on a mission to revolutionize the B2B food supply chain across Europe and MENA with a deep-tech marketplace, connecting suppliers, distributors, and retailers with efficiency, trust, and speed. The global food sector wastes $1.5T of food that could feed the starving population, and we aim to contribute to fixing that. We have built an MVP and secured initial traction. Now, we seek a hands-on commercial leader to help us grow into a multi-billion-dollar business.

The Role

We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join as a Co-Founder and lead the company's commercial success. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader in the food industry to leverage existing networks, build and lead a commercial organization from scratch, shape growth, and own the business.

You will be fully committed, handling all aspects of the commercial domain — from sales and partnerships to strategy and execution — working closely with the CEO and tech team to scale TradePronto to industry dominance.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing food industry network to open doors and secure key accounts, partnerships, and strategic alliances, with a focus on retailers.
  • Build and scale the sales and business development team from zero.
  • Own the revenue strategy, go-to-market plan, and commercial KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with large suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Drive revenue growth from MVP to a multi-billion scale.
  • Represent TradePronto at industry events and with strategic partners.
  • Work as a true co-founder, actively contributing at every stage.
  • Assist with fundraising efforts alongside the CEO.

Requirements

  • Personality traits such as tenacity and a strong desire to leave a mark.
  • Willingness to go all-in.
  • Proven track record in commercial leadership roles within the food, FMCG, or B2B marketplace sectors.
  • Existing strong network of relationships with food brands, distributors, and retailers.
  • Experience in scaling teams and revenue from early to growth stages.
  • Strategic yet execution-oriented thinking.
  • Passion for transforming the food industry supply chain.
  • Comfort with an equity-first compensation structure until funding is secured.

Compensation

Founders Stock, with salary to be established after the first funding round.
