This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-Top Tier Strategy Consultants, working as a SWAT team for the EMEA South CEO within the Chief Commercial Office (CCO) organization.

Salesforce is seeking hardworking and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how and why our solutions can help transform customers’ businesses and exceed their goals.

Our goal is to deliver business transformation enabled by technology and AI, requiring individuals who can develop deep insights into the business dynamics of large, sophisticated enterprises and help shape their transformation agenda.

This role combines frontline commercial execution with long-term strategic thinking. You will collaborate with our Enterprise and Commercial sales teams on major sales opportunities across EMEA Growth Markets (Africa, Israel, Central Eastern Europe, Mediterranean), engaging with C-level executives and providing structure, insight, and leadership to drive opportunities to closure.

The role involves defining account strategies, delivering C-level value propositions, investment justifications, and developing sophisticated deal structures and proposals for large deals. You will work closely with other CCO organizations to ensure solutions are supported by industry best practices and technical feasibility, fostering customer success over time.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define commercial strategies with sales teams; prioritize initiatives based on problems, value creation potential, and strategic priorities.
  2. Build and present compelling investment justifications to secure customer funding for Salesforce solutions, analyzing key business value drivers and articulating digital transformation benefits.
  3. Design attractive deal structures and clearly communicate the value of proposals.
  4. Create and deliver compelling C-level propositions to inform strategic technology decisions.
Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm is strongly preferred.
  • Role seniority will depend on experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to create, quantify insights, and communicate recommendations to CxOs.
  • Influencing skills; self-starter with high energy.
  • Interest in Technology and Enterprise Software industries.
  • Experience in strategic consultative selling environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages (French, Polish, Hebrew, Turkish) are a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • MBA degree is strongly preferred.
