We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our marketplace advertising team. This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients. The role is suited to someone who loves responsibility, delivering results, and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon and/or TikTok Advertising platform.

We are a full-service Amazon agency — everything clients need to be successful on Amazon and TikTok Shop. That includes strategy, advertising, and operational support.

Our clients are product brands selling on Amazon and TikTok, primarily consumer products, though we also serve B2B clients. They operate across various sectors including skincare, beauty, office supplies, nutrition, clothing, toys, and baby products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Run the day-to-day Amazon PPC strategy for 7-8 brands.
  2. Collaborate with teams such as content, account strategy, and SEO to create successful strategies.
  3. Manage client relationships, including strategy calls, reporting, and communication.
  4. Lead projects to improve agency efficiency, such as automation, AI integration, and KPI development.
  5. Analyze campaign performance and generate insightful reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns.
  2. Experience analyzing performance and creating reports.
  3. Experience working with brand points of contact, being vendor-facing, and adapting communication styles accordingly.
  4. Experience forecasting budgets and sales.
  5. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another EU language is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Slack and Asana is a bonus.
