At OneCoWork, we are on a mission to provide a complete workplace experience for modern professionals.

We’re looking for a Operations & Community Lead to join our team at OneCoWork Recoletos – our brand new building in Madrid. As a Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and success by managing day-to-day operations, supporting our sales activities, creating an incredible environment for our members, and providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk & Operations:

  • Be a focal point for members of the entire community within OneCoWork Recoletos.
  • Manage the daily opening, set up, and closing of the building (lights, meeting rooms, coffee machine, etc.) as required.
  • Assist the maintenance team by reporting any issues and hence maintaining the building in full operational capacity.
  • Handle incoming mail and packaging and distribute to members as necessary.
  • Manage the front desk for walk-ins, security, and any issues that may arise.
  • Process payments from members for services such as room bookings, membership renewals, or additional services.
  • Maintain CRM and data sources up to date for reporting to the management team.
  • Direct Report for Front Desk Associate. Be involved in OKR and development plans for direct report.
  • Manage inbound sales responses.
  • Conduct space tours, close deals, and renewals.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and startups to enhance member value.
  • Work on outbound sales strategies with the operations manager and promotions to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Ensure all sales activities are correctly tracked in CRM and provide sales reports to management.

Community & Events:

  • Build relationships with members to understand their needs and create a collaborative environment including regular catch-ups and feedback sessions with key clients.
  • Research and propose new events and networking opportunities for our member community.
  • Create a warm ambience for our members, going above and beyond to provide the extra touch of customer service; the little things matter most!
  • Plan and execute community-building activities.
  • Activate partnerships, collaborations, and member discounts.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer service, front desk, and hospitality experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in direct sales and events planning is a benefit.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
