We are seeking an IT Systems Operations Support Consultant to join our consulting team in Spain.

Requirements :
  • Mixed profile (technical-functional) with 1-2 years of experience in IT Systems Business Process Operations Support.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
Internal Procedures:
  • Internal policies and standards.
  • Circuits and tools.
  • Diversity of technology teams involved.
  • Different structures in each Bank domain.
  • Diversity of infrastructure within the group.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients, especially end-users and service managers.
  • High proficiency in Spanish.
  • High level of spoken and written English for international project management.
  • Experience with administration, configuration, and parameterization of business flows/processes (workflow rules, user registration/deregistration, SLAs) on backend IT platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Office tools.
Tasks :
  • Test management and coordination with operations and end-users (test planning, case creation, execution, follow-up, automation).
  • Define and execute test plans during pre-production with users.
  • Communicate with end-users during system operation in production.
  • Handle first-level incidents and requests (Level 1).
  • Escalate issues to Level 2 and 3 support teams.
  • Provide Level 1 support for tool-related issues for internal users and service managers.
  • Monitor business processes of in-scope applications.
  • Manage master data for business processes in the scoped applications.
  • Prepare configuration and onboarding tasks for business processes in the scoped applications.
