Senior

As a key member of the global product team, you will be leading the product development and the team for media planning & budget optimization global data products, implementing the development, evolution and adoption of global products in this area for our Converged proprietary platform.

In support of the different product owners and market champions, you will be responsible for the design and development of media planning & budget optimization models & solutions, including reach & cost modelling, towards the network and users of the platform at a global level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maximizing user adoption.

Mission & Responsibilities :

  • General Experience : 6 -10 years of professional experience across different marketing & media areas, providing a broader perspective and adaptability to tackle a variety of tasks and challenges with success.
  • Media Knowledge : A deep and comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, with 6 to 10 years of experience in the media industry. This knowledge is essential for navigating the complex ecosystem, understanding key players, and applying strategies effectively across various media channels. A strong grasp of media planning, touchpoints, and industry trends is critical to success in this role.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills : A strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of mathematics and probability. Experience applying these skills to media-specific models such as reach curves and budget optimization is fundamental.
  • Programming Knowledge : A strong understanding of programming, particularly in Python and / or R (or another programming language such as SAS, Matlab, etc.), to support data analysis and modeling. Proficiency is not required, but he / she should be comfortable working with these tools for handling and processing data. Nice to have a solid understanding of machine learning basics, including both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Insights Background : Experience in extracting actionable insights from data is highly valuable. The ability to analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful, data-driven recommendations is key for influencing decisions and strategies.
  • Cloud Platform Knowledge : A well-based understanding of cloud platforms, with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as the ecosystem increasingly points toward cloud-based solutions for data management and scalability.
  • Personal Skills : A proactive, resourceful individual who seeks solutions and embraces innovative approaches. Must be able to stay focused, effectively land ideas, and break down complex problems into actionable steps. Comfortable investigating new possibilities and finding creative solutions to challenges that may not have predefined answers.

Previous experience & Industry background :

  • 6-10 years’ experience in supporting media, data and digital international transformation projects.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale, technology-driven change initiatives.
  • Previous experience in a media agency would be appreciated.

Qualification & Languages :

  • University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Engineering with a specialization in data & analytics.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives / projects and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (global, local, regional, business unit, ...).
  • Team management.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment, with sensitivity to cultural communication styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address change-related challenges.
  • Perfect knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as creativity and curiosity.
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels & planning strategies.
