Descripción del empleo

We are still looking for top talent and would be delighted if you joined our team!

UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work, with over 35,000 employees worldwide and presence in more than 35 countries. We are leaders in digital technology services, providing large-scale technological solutions to major companies.

What are we looking for?

We seek a Technical Product Owner with CMS experience to be responsible for the software product/program vision and user story roadmap.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver software by translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each product/squad, managing priorities and resources, and resolving conflicts with other teams.
  2. Manage release and delivery plans for software products and programs.
  3. Own and create the backlog of user stories; lead backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
  4. Align software development with the Product Director, including contributing user stories to program features.
  5. Refine user stories to ensure readiness for development.
  6. Support engineering teams by analyzing and resolving blocks and dependencies.
  7. Ensure all user stories meet the 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria.
  8. Guarantee the required level of test automation.
  9. Support country-specific implementations, providing necessary skills at each project stage.
  10. Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
  11. Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, CloudFront, and DynamoDB.
  12. Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content (JSON-LD, schema.org), and localization workflows.
  13. Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Experience with headless CMS platforms such as AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc., integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
  2. Understanding of decoupled architectures and frontend/backend delivery coordination challenges.
  3. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive delivery under pressure.
  4. Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is a plus, but what matters most is a solid understanding of headless content models and frontend integration.

What can we offer?

  • 23 days of annual leave plus discretionary days on December 24th and 31st.
  • Benefits including healthcare, internet connectivity support, life and accident insurances.
  • Free access to training platforms.
  • Career stability and development plans.
  • Referral bonuses for successful hires you recommend.
  • Option for 12 or 14 payments per year.
  • Work-life balance initiatives such as flexible hours, WFH policies, and summer hours.
  • Discounts through UST Club Platform and gym access.
